1. PRIVACY-FIRST PHILOSOPHY

At Sycle, we believe your personal health and medication data belongs solely to you. Our application is designed with a strict "Local-First & Privacy-By-Design" architecture.

2. DATA COLLECTION & LOCAL PROCESSING

- On-Device Processing: All personal data you input—including medication names, injection dosages, shot timestamps, body weight, side effects, and nutrition logs—is stored and processed EXCLUSIVELY on your local device.

- No Server Uploads: We do not operate remote servers to store, process, or analyze your health metrics. All calculations (including your drug half-life curves, dynamic nutrition targets, and side-effect correlations) are executed locally on your iPhone using on-device algorithms.

- No Cloud Account Required: You can use all core features of Sycle without creating an account, providing an email address, or logging in.

3. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

- Zero Data Sales: We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal health logs with advertisers, data brokers, or pharmaceutical companies.

- No Analytics Tracking of Health Data: We do not use third-party tracking SDKs to collect or harvest your sensitive health information.

4. DATA STORAGE, BACKUP & DELETION

- Data Control: Since your data resides strictly on your local device, deleting the Sycle app will permanently erase all your stored logs and records.

- Local Backups: Your data may be included in your encrypted personal Apple iCloud/iTunes device backups if you have enabled system-level device backups on your iOS settings. We have no access to these backup files.
